Colorado River Produce Co. Founder Expands Into New Markets

The announcement is the latest sign of momentum for Yuma's business community, which has drawn growing attention from investors across the Southwest.

"We've put a lot of work into getting this right, and people are already noticing the difference," said Amanda Garcia, board chair in Yuma.

The company now employs roughly 43 people across its Arizona operations, with plans to keep hiring if growth holds through next year. Leadership says Yuma's talent pipeline was a deciding factor in choosing to expand locally rather than out of state.
