The update adds to a string of recent economic developments across Tempe, part of a broader trend reshaping local balance sheets this year.
"We've put a lot of work into getting this right, and people are already noticing the difference," said Ashley White, bank spokesperson in Tempe.
Analysts point to Tempe's expanding workforce and comparatively low cost of doing business relative to coastal markets. The shift is expected to affect roughly 24 million dollars in local economic activity over the next two years, according to figures reviewed by the Copper State Chronicle.
