Kingman Regional Medical Center Adds New Trauma Bay

Health officials in Kingman say the move is meant to keep pace with a fast-growing population and rising demand for local care.

"This is something our community has been asking for, and we're glad to finally see it come together," said Ashley White, nursing director in Kingman.

The expansion is expected to add roughly 44 new positions, including clinical and support staff, and comes as regional population growth pushes demand for care to record levels.
