The news comes as wellness businesses across Gilbert report steady demand from both longtime regulars and a growing number of visitors drawn to the desert lifestyle.
"It's a big step forward for Gilbert, and it wouldn't have happened without a lot of people pulling in the same direction," said James Anderson, licensed esthetician.
Staff say appointment requests have climbed roughly 21 percent since word spread locally. The business currently employs 8 licensed practitioners and plans to add more positions if demand keeps pace.
